Emerald Coast Branch

Pensacola DSA currently has one branch, the Emerald Coast Branch, that covers Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton County. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 6pm in Fort Walton Beach. You can find more information about all our events on our calendar!

The Emerald Coast Branch strives to organize and connect members in the geographic area for networking, political education, discussion, and action. We have a semi-regular food share, support local rallies and protests, seek to build local community ties, and more! Please fill out our Interest Form if you're interested in getting involved!

About branches

Branches exist to serve people who live or work in a particular area. We try to make events accessible through Zoom hybridization but if something you would like to attend is not on Zoom feel free to ask about it. We also may be able to find accommodation like carpooling.

It is also possible to organize branches of the chapter, like for a particular geographic area, or for a YDSA chapter to affiliate with and be supported by Pensacola DSA. Branches are currently more fluid than strictly defined and members should participate in what serves them best.

Branches are defined by geography, identity, language, belonging to a particular institution, or sharing a common interest. See our bylaws for more info on branches. Contact us for help or questions about branches.
